These Terms govern Wazlop’s flower-arrangement service. Read them with the Privacy Policy and End-User License Agreement. By accepting the Terms or using the service where legally effective, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain unaffected.
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree where required. You must be authorized to make any purchase.
Wazlop provides flower inspiration, recipes, material preparation and shopping lists, making records and a prepared-library assistant. Recipes and care tips are general creative guidance, not guarantees of flower longevity, exact material availability or outcomes. Use tools safely and check allergies and plant toxicity, particularly around children and animals.
The assistant matches messages locally to prepared content; it is not a live generative-AI expert. Review quantities, methods and suitability before using a suggested plan. Applying a plan creates a local editable recipe.
Local recipes, shopping marks, notes, record photos and saved works are not promised to be cloud-synchronized or isolated by account. Assistant history is organized locally by account or guest scope. Sign-out and account deletion do not automatically remove these collections. Keep independent copies of work you need. This advice does not waive our obligations.
Use information and images you are entitled to provide. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and device. Profile changes are limited to avatar, nickname and personal signature; selecting and saving an avatar uploads it. Public profile information and avatar URLs may appear with works and comments.
Apple-assisted sign-in uses Apple’s user identifier to locate Supabase credentials saved in this device’s Keychain. New registration generates an alias under wazioporg.com and a password. The alias is not an Apple private relay or a mailbox assigned to you. The backend does not disclose a password based solely on the Apple identifier.
This flow does not provide cross-device recovery. Losing its local credentials can prevent later access through that flow. Sign-out retains those credentials; confirmed deletion attempts to remove matching credentials. These limits do not remove statutory data rights.
You retain rights you hold in your content. For profile information, avatars and comments you submit, you grant the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process and display them for the requested features and to meet security and legal obligations. This does not grant a license to use private local recipes or photos for unrelated purposes.
Do not submit unlawful, sexually exploitative, threatening, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, privacy-invasive or infringing content, spam or malware. Do not impersonate others or access another account without permission. Use public reference content only within the rights granted by its owner.
Signed-in users can submit reports from work details. The current Block action hides the selected work for that account; it is not an author-wide block. Reports can be stored for safety handling, but no specific moderation outcome or turnaround time is guaranteed. Contact libeowazlop4845@gmail.com for safety, infringement or privacy concerns. We may restrict unlawful or abusive content or access subject to applicable notice, review and consumer protections.
Wazlop offers weekly, monthly and three-month subscription options through Apple in-app purchase where available. The product, subscription duration, final localized price and applicable terms shown in the App Store confirmation govern the purchase. Default app prices are display fallbacks and do not override Apple’s confirmation. No free trial is promised unless explicitly offered in that confirmation.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the applicable disclosed price. Changes to pricing and consent are handled under Apple’s requirements and applicable law.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, subject to mandatory rights. Deleting an account, signing out or uninstalling Wazlop does not cancel a subscription.
Restore uses the Apple Account associated with the original purchase to retrieve eligible purchase history. Restoring a historical transaction does not renew an expired subscription or establish that it remains active. No paid feature, recurring content schedule or cross-device entitlement is promised beyond the specific benefits actually offered and delivered for that purchase. We remain responsible for delivering the benefits sold or providing remedies required by law.
Virtual gifts are optional consumable digital appreciation items purchased through Apple. You may open the gift interface and initiate a purchase without a Wazlop account, subject to Apple’s purchase requirements. A separate purchase requires separate authorization; selecting an item alone does not charge you.
Gifts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, traded or withdrawn. The current implementation records completed gift purchases on this device and does not allocate funds or gift credits to a creator account, provide creator withdrawals, or promise that a named creator receives payment. “Support Creator” must not be interpreted as a charitable donation or a creator-payout commitment.
Consumable gifts are not restored through Restore subscriptions. Local records may be lost when app data is removed and do not constitute a cloud-backed balance. A pending or deferred transaction is not a completed purchase. Contact us with purchase information if a completed transaction cannot be recorded; do not send payment-card details or account credentials.
Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases can be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are considered under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Contact us for delivery or app issues. No “non-refundable” label in the app excludes refunds, cancellation rights, warranty remedies or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where law requires express consent to immediate supply of digital content or acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights, those requirements must be satisfied. Merely displaying these Terms or a non-refundable label is not a substitute for legally required consent.
Settings provides account actions while signed in. Sign-out ends the active session without deleting the hosted account or device-local collections. Delete Account requests permanent deletion of the authenticated account and related hosted profile data and uploaded avatars through the account service. Deletion and local cleanup can fail or be interrupted; retry or contact us if completion is not confirmed.
Deletion does not remove other users’ independent copies, all local recipe/chat/purchase records, Apple’s transaction records, or information lawfully retained as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not cancel subscriptions. Contact us about associated hosted comments and reports.
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk or legal obligation. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to raise concerns. You may stop using the app. Termination does not remove accrued rights or mandatory remedies.
Apple and hosted-service providers have their own applicable terms. Links do not transfer ownership or eliminate our responsibility for our own conduct and providers acting on our behalf.
Subject to mandatory law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular creative outcome. No disclaimer excludes statutory quality, conformity, security, repair, refund or other mandatory remedies.
Liability is determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Limitations on indirect losses apply only to the extent lawful.
Applicable law and courts are determined by relevant mandatory and conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain protections and court access available where they live. Contacting us may help resolve a dispute but is not a condition preventing urgent relief, regulator complaints or statutory remedies.
Invalid provisions are limited or severed only as permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Translations do not override mandatory local-language or interpretation requirements.
We may update these Terms with notice and affirmative agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges or remove accrued or mandatory rights.
